Sir Graves was probably one of the best horror show
hosts around. *Next to The Ghoul that is.* |

Hilarious! What flashbacks this brought back of
growing up in the sixties and seventies in the Detroit/Windsor
area! Sir Graves, Bill Kennedy, CKLW!! Thanks for the surprise
stroll down memory lane! Shared some of the clips with my 10
year old son... "that's not scary Mom"!! Kids these days eh?!
Don't know what they're missing ! ;o) Thanks for your efforts!
Good work! |

Like you I have never lost the memories of Sir Graves
Ghastly. Where could we find where the movies are stored. Wouldn't
they be in some companies vault or public domain that we could
access. |

I loved Sir Graves, growing up, and before I was
a police officer in Monroe, I worked at Livonia Mall as a security
officer. I had the honor to not only meet Mr. Demming, but to
drive him around the mall in his own red Audi!!!! No kidding!!!!
He was scheduled to do an appearance at the mall on a Sat. afternoon,
and he arrived at the door where the Coney Island was, (this
was in 1978), and I met him there, and he was supposed to come
in at exit G door, so he announced to me that he was lost, and
was trying to fing the exit G door. I said that I would show
him, and he gave me the keys to his red Audi (nice ride), and
askewd if I would drive him. I was sppechless!!!! Here I grew
up with this guy, and I am driving him, (in his car), around
the Mall, to the other side, (south side) of the mall. I then
took him in where he was supposed to go, and I don't know if
you ever met Sir Graves, but he is very short!! Probably about
maybe, 5'00 tall, if that!!! I then obtained an autographed
photo, w |

Great site!! You made my favorites list which is
not an easy task. Wish they'd put those shows back on the air.
I'd gladly pay to add the channel. Thanks!! |

I grew up in Warren and watched Sir Graves every
saturday. Me and some guys at work were talking about old childhood
cartoons and shows when I mentioned Sir Graves. They had never
heard of him so I described the show and Sir Graves singing
upside down and stuff like that...then I found this site. It
is great that you are keeping this part of our childhood alive. |

I watched Sir Graves with my dad every Saturday.
It was our time to spend together. We would draw the blinds
and everything. It was the best. I actually got to meet him
at a graduation ceremony when my cousin graduated at Immaculata
High School. I am from Detroit and live in the UP....Lets bring
back Sir Graves!!! Please keep me informed |

I grew up watching the show in the 70s. I absolutely
loved it. It was very funny. Great clips, however thw video
clarity could be a little better, but keep up the great work.
Thanks for the memories. |

My wife and I used to watch the program every weekend
when we were kids. When I saw the web home page and Sir Graves
picture it brought back alot of memories. I want a T-shirt,
with his pic I thought there might be someone out there who
might know where to get one. |

Loved Saturday afternoons with Sir Graves and then
the Creature Double Feature movies on Channel 50. Best memory
of the show was when a girl in my class (Kelly Baker) had her
letter read on his show. |

Awesome site! It's brings back a lot of great memories.
The thing I remember most was sitting there with my younger
brother waiting to see if our "scary artwork" would show up.
I also remember getting a signed Sir Graves photo which I thought
was the greatest. |
