Please enjoy creeping through the guestbook, and don't forget to sign it yourself and share your own Sir Graves memories! Put them down now, so they won't be lost forever! (names with no comments will be removed to save space)

Note: This page is mainly intended for sharing your Sir Graves thoughts and memories--not really for questions you'd like answers to. If you do have specific questions about Sir Graves or this site, feel free to e-mail me directly or post a message on my Detroit Horror TV message board. By all means, if you would like to talk with myself and others about Sir Graves (or vintage Detroit TV & Drive-ins) in more detail, please visit the message board. And finally, please don't spam this guestbook. If you sign just looking to buy or trade tapes, or simply to put your link here, your entries will be removed. Thanks.

Comments: I'm originally from Flint, MI, and boy, does this take me back! I loved watching Sir Graves every Saturday. It was such a treat. I still love classic horror movies. I can't wait to show this site to my husband; he has heard me talk of Sir Graves Ghastly, but, being a California native, he never had the privelege of seeing the show.

Comments: Dear Sir Graves: I was born in 1961 and I was just the right age when your show came on WJBK to really get a kick out of it. You used to say, "draw the drapes and snuggle up by the telly" or something to that effect and that's just what I did! I miss those days when there was "local programming" and shows like yours and Soupy Sales. Thanks Mr. Demming, you made my childhood a little sweeter.

Comments: I lived in Fowlerville, Michigan in the late 70's-I can still remember almost jumping out of my skin when they showed one of my drawings on the Art Ghoulery. I still have the picture WJBK sent me in return (of course, at the time, I was firmly convinced that SGG himself had mailed me this, and guarded it accordingly. Probably why I still have it.) Anyway, modern TV could stand a shot of what made Sir Graves so damn cool. Awesome site, and may you find a huge box of pristine SGG tapes at a yardsale (don't you love it when that sort of thing happens?)

Comments: I grew up in Baltimore where my friends and I were able to watch Sir Graves Ghastly on WTOP from Washington DC. He was only on for a short time but I never forgot him. I am a local songwriter and so I even wrote a song about Sir Graves. The following are the lyrics for the tune: SIR GRAVES GHASTLY (c) 2004 Donald P. Velli, Jr. Beneath a full moon a graveyard set is on TV Every Friday I would wait to see And from a coffin there’s a man with a goatee That man is called Sir Graves Ghastly Horror host laughing in the midnight air Presenting films from another era He makes every week seem like it’s Halloween And that’s why I love Sir Graves Ghastly With the Cool Ghoul, Baruba and of course the Glob Watching fright films seems like a perfect job I will always remember The Art Ghoulery And send my drawings to Sir Graves Ghastly Thank you Keith and of course thank you Mr.Deming!

Comments: This was a great find for me. When I have more time I will read through your site in more detail. This was a golden era for me, one spent like many of your guests in front of the TV in the late 60's and 70's. Thank you for creating this website. It is very much appreciated.

Comments: Wow. Wow. A website with all sorts of info on Sir Graves. Thanks for putting this collection together. It would be amazing if more shows could be found and digitized. I sometimes miss those days where I was growing up, getting to watch Sir Graves on Saturday afternoons... local shows with low budgets were really cheezy, but they certainly were more fun and made more lasting memories than the forgettable garbage TV stations used to broadcast on Saturday mornings. It's awesome that Mr. Deming can read admiring comments from fans. There must be tens of thousands of people who watched the show now living across the Midwest and around the world.
